El Paso County, TX Wins Texas Association of Counties Award

Multilingual AI Self-Service System built in partnership with Advanced Robot Solutions wins coveted 2024 County Best Practices Award


Advanced Robot Solutions is very proud of our work with El Paso County, TX. And the accolades keep rolling in.

On September 30, 2024, at the El Paso County Commissioners Court Meeting, the Texas Association of Counties honored El Paso County with the prestigious 2024 County Best Practices Award for its successful deployment of our AI Self-Service kiosks. This cutting-edge, custom-built AI solution allows citizens and litigants to speak or text in natural language in English or Spanish to access necessary county resources.


This distributed access to justice solution has been implemented at the El Paso Courthouse and various locations across the county, making it the first deployment of its kind in the nation.
